Ohana Preparatory School opens in Fall 2027, welcoming an inaugural class of 9th and 10th graders as it grows into a full 9th through 12th grade high school.
Located inside the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA), Ohana Prep breaks the traditional high school mold. Our campus places students at the intersection of industry innovation, high-end design, and professional creativity, offering an inspiring, real-world launchpad where learning comes alive every single day.
As a premier campus within the expanding Kaplan Academy ecosystem, we offer a blend of innovative digital tools integrated seamlessly into regular schedules, co-curricular activities, and self-directed modules. Our scholars have access to comprehensive ACT®, SAT®, and AP® test preparation, paired with tailored university guidance via KapAdvisor™ to curate compelling profiles for selective colleges.

Located inside the prestigious DCOTA building in Dania Beach, Florida, our campus serves families across Broward and Miami-Dade counties. The school occupies a secure, dedicated space, complete with a private entrance, dedicated parking, and a streamlined drop-off zone. Inside, students thrive in a custom-built environment featuring collaborative common areas, specialized science labs, art studios, creative fab labs, and a vibrant multi-purpose room that doubles as our cafe and auditorium.
