Connect with Our TeamShare a few details about your child, and our Admissions team will follow up personally to answer your questions, explain our academic approach, and introduce the DCOTA campus and founding-family experience.

Visit the CampusWhile the classrooms are under construction through April 2027, perimeter tours and a consultation with the Admissions Director in our showroom are open to schedule.

ApplyFormal applications open on December 15, 2026. Families who have already connected with our Admissions team receive an application link directly.

EnrollAdmitted families receive an enrollment agreement and guidance on tuition, deposits, and voucher paperwork, including Florida's Step Up For Students program.

Application packet

A completed online application, available December 15, 2026.

Identification

An official birth certificate or passport, plus a school photo.

Academic history

Official grade records from the last two years, plus PSAT, SSAT or Florida Statewide Assessment scores in reading and math.

Recommendations

One evaluation from a core subject teacher (English, math, science or social studies) and one from a school leader, such as an administrator or counselor.

Specialized support & legal records

Where applicable: gifted Educational Plans, 504 plans, IEPs, psychoeducational evaluations, or custody agreements for families with more than one household.

Waived for 2027-28 Founding Families.

Enrollment fee

$500, due upon enrollment. Non-refundable.

Scholarships

Ohana Prep plans to accept Florida's Step Up For Students scholarships for 2027-28, including FES-EO and the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC). Our Admissions team can walk you through eligibility and next steps.
